The article states "During the opening and closing credits of the TV show, the actors would march toward the camera....".
My memory is that at the opening the main character(s) would march toward the camera as more rangers fell in behind them, and at the closing the other rangers would peal off until just the main character(s) were left. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 64.252.179.125 (talk) 02:18, 30 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

At first the main characters walk toward a receding camera while other rangers come in fromthe sides to walk behind them. Then, at 0:50, the opening cuts to a short scene (while the song continues) in which 12 horse mounted rangers in a file ride toward the stationary camera in a mountain pass - as the riders each reach the camera they peal off alternatively to the left and right SteveO1951 (talk) 04:25, 22 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
